Email privacy

How we handle
your email.

Who this covers

  • This notice covers the email signup form on fastndirty.com. The site and the list are operated by BIZLEADSINC.COM CORP. doing business as Fast 'N Dirty.
  • It describes only this website's email capture. It does not describe any other service.

What we collect when you sign up

  • Your email address.
  • The page you signed up from, and the date and time the form was submitted.
  • Your browser's user-agent string, which the browser sends with the request.
  • A record of your consent: whether you agreed, the exact wording you were shown, and the version of that wording (currently fnd-launch-2026-09-10-v1).
  • The wording currently shown on the form is: "By signing up, you agree to receive Fast 'N Dirty launch updates by email. Unsubscribe anytime."

Where it is stored

  • Signups are stored in this website's database, hosted on Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase infrastructure. The records are not readable from the public website; only our server code can access them.
  • When your signup is added to the launch list, your email address and subscription status are also stored in our Shopify store account, which manages the subscriber list and unsubscribes.

How emails are sent

  • Email from this website is delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider. Launch campaign email may also be sent through Shopify.
  • A notification containing your email address is sent to the site owner when you sign up, so we know someone joined the list.

What we use it for

  • Launch updates about Fast 'N Dirty: news about the first apparel drop and when products become available.
  • We do not use signup data for anything else, and we do not send unrelated advertising to this list.

Unsubscribing

  • Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from the launch list, and we record the opt-out so a later sync cannot re-add you.
  • Unsubscribing through a Shopify-sent campaign also takes effect; Shopify's record of your consent is authoritative for the store's list.
  • You can also email tbradley@tbradleymillner.com and ask to be removed.

Access, correction and deletion

  • To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email tbradley@tbradleymillner.com. We will need to be able to identify the record, which normally means writing from the address you signed up with.

Changes to this notice

  • If we change how signup data is handled, we will update this page. The consent wording is versioned, so records show exactly what was shown at the time.
